Financial Objects is listed on AIM. Accordingly the Company is not required to comply with the revised Combined Code issued by the Financial Reporting Council in July 2003 (the revised Code). However the directors of Financial Objects acknowledge the importance of good corporate governance procedures and have selected those principles and provisions of the revised Code that they consider relevant and appropriate to the Group given its size, structure and stage of development.
